  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

  • Customs Clearance Time: Usually takes 2–7 business days, though delivery may take up to 60 days in rare cases.

  • Supported Countries: We ship to most regions. If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you directly.

  • Courier Selection: Our system automatically assigns the most suitable shipping service. We do not accept courier requests under the default method.

  • Taxes & Duties: Customs duties and taxes are arranged by the country’s customs authorities, and the specific fees are determined by them.

⚠️ Note: In countries with stricter import policies, customers may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. If any additional import charges arise, they must be paid by the customer.

📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If you do not receive your order within 60 days of shipping, please contact us.

  • We will offer a one-time free reshipment or an alternative solution.

  • A shipment is considered delayed but not lost unless officially confirmed by the courier.

Please double-check your shipping address, postal code, and contact info before placing your order.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information, the customer is responsible for:

    • Reshipping costs

    • Any additional return fees

Need it faster? Choose self-paid express shipping at checkout.

  • Shipping Fee: Paid in full by the customer. An official invoice will be provided.

  • Customs Clearance: Must be handled by the customer.

  • Taxes & Duties: The buyer is responsible for any import charges.

  • Tracking: Provided via your selected courier’s platform.

  • No Refunds or Reshipments: Express orders are non-refundable and not eligible for free reshipment if delivery fails.

By selecting your own courier, you agree to the following:

  • If customs clearance fails:

    • We reserve the right to deny refunds or reshipments.

🛡️ After-Sales Logistics Policy

To ensure safe delivery of your order, we use international shipping services that require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

【Regarding “Delivered but Not Received” Cases】

  • All orders come with a tracking number once shipped. Customers can monitor delivery progress in real-time.

  • If the tracking information shows “Delivered,” it is considered that the shipping process has been successfully completed. The logistics provider will no longer be liable for any further investigation or compensation.

  • If a customer reports that they did not receive the package despite a “Delivered” status, we will assist in contacting the courier to investigate further (e.g., GPS delivery location, courier’s notes, recipient signature).

  • If the courier confirms the package was properly delivered and provides valid proof of delivery, the seller will not be held responsible for any losses caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;

    • Package received by a third party (e.g., front desk, neighbor, doorman);

    • Loss or theft of the package after delivery confirmation.
